Registration opens on January 14th 2020 at exactly 9pm! (CET)

If you experience any issues registrating (i.e. server overload) please email us immediately.

We suggest to use a lot of patience if the server is slow to respond. Do not hit the refresh-button multiple times, as the server will try to resolve every page request. Good luck!

Conditions of participation
Every player will have to sign a waiver when checking in at the tournament, which includes articles on PDGA-rules knowlegde, media policy and an insurance disclaimer.
No PDGA membership is required for participation, however we encourage you to sign up for a membership.

Player's Fee
Player fee in all divisons is 55 CHF / 50 €.
Juniors (MJ18) till 18 years of age pay 28 CHF / 25 €.

Payment deadline
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment. To keep it fair for players on the waiting list, the payment deadline has been shortened to 10 days.

Please note: We need to recieve your payment within 10 days of your registration. If we don't receive your payment, nor any message, within 10 days of your registration, you will lose your spot.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event (before February 13th 2020) will receive a 100% cash refund (minus a handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event (before February 28th) will receive a 100% cash refund minus a handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, 50% of the Entry Fee is refunded.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration (March 14th) will receive a 100% cash refund minus a handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack will be refunded.
Exemptions from this rule can and will be made in case of medical emergencies.
